ELMBROOK - STARTLEY

Keen to maintain the architectural style of the 1940’s property we decided to make the most of the gables.
The flat roof extension was demolished and the property mirrored front and rear to produce an open plan living space which is light and airy.
Rendered walls and black slate add to the contemporary feel along with timber casement windows and large bi-folding doors.
Landscaping the gardens is a work in progress but large decking areas and a summerhouse re-purposed from a falling down shed all add character and flexible living spaces.
